Commercial Bread Knife is most suitable for slicing breads, Cales or other baked food products. The knife is 47.5 cms long with a stainless steel blade which is 35.5 cms long. This blade has been hardened before sharpening and tempered to give it flexibility. Di Solle Palette Knife has 12 cms Polyprelene Handle. The virgin polypropylene handle is directly moulded on the steel blade leaving no gap for residual food thereby making it hygienic. The handles are treated with BioCote - an Anti Microbial treatment which inhibits growth of Bacteria, Mildew or mould during the life of the product.
